In 1999, Virginie Glaenzer arrived in the San Francisco Bay area from France with just four suitcases and a wealth of aspirations. She quickly made her mark by co-founding multiple tech startups that marked the beginning of a remarkable career in digital innovation and executive leadership.

Driven by a passion for conscious leadership, Virginie delved deep into the realms of psychology, wisdom traditions, awareness, and mindfulness, enriching her professional journey with transformative personal growth.

With over 25 years of experience, Virginie has emerged as a distinguished digital expert, known for her executive acumen, consulting prowess, and ability to inspire through keynote speeches and thought leadership. Her career took a pivotal turn in 2003 when she moved to New York City, taking on the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for several mid-sized companies, where she continued to shape the landscapes of digital marketing and business strategy.

In 2019, she founded AcornOak, a vibrant community of fractional executive women. This initiative was born from her steadfast belief in the power of balancing feminine and masculine energies to create a harmonious and equitable world. Through AcornOak, Virginie has dedicated herself to empowering other women and fostering an environment where female leaders can thrive and drive positive change.

Now living in Washington DC, Virginie continues to lead inspiring those around her with her vision of a more balanced and progressive world.

She is the author of three business books, has contributed over 250 poems to several collections, and recently penned her debut novel.
