Charlotte Milne

Charlotte Milne spent her childhood in the Scottish Borders. She is a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother living near Romsey in Hampshire, UK. After a lifetime of globetrotting she and her husband now spend several months a year at their cottage in Wester Ross, Scotland, the setting for her second novel, COME IN FROM THE COLD. She trained as a secretary and her career included work with the National Trust for Scotland, two years in Uganda as Assistant to the Dean of Makerere University and Personnel Manager at Leasco in London, during the early days of computers when they took up an entire room. Her first book, DOLPHIN DAYS, is set in Greece and the UK, COME IN FROM THE COLD charts the fortunes of two families, from the 2nd World War Arctic convoys to a contemporary love story.

Charlotte Milne is an enthusiastic eco-warrior, the theme of her latest novel COLOUR BLIND, She writes what she enjoys reading; a good love story, with plenty of twists and turns before the outcome can be reached.
