Marilyn Minette

Marilyn Minette's life was shaped by the serene landscapes of the Midwest, where she shared her days with her family and beloved dog. Though devoid of typical experiences, her childhood was filled with the enchanting world of music. By the age of fourteen, Marilyn was already teaching piano and vocal lessons to sixteen students. However, it was her love for composing that truly ignited her soul. The melodies she crafted eventually transformed into poignant poems and captivating short stories, each a window into her most personal and intimate emotions.

Marilyn's writing reflects her inner world of truth, hope, and forgiveness. Today, she dedicates her time to nurturing her creative side through the power of the written word.

Educator/performer turned author, her debut novel, "Once Upon a Lifetime", is based on a true story...and is newly released in trilogy form. Marilyn's love of art, prose, and poetry is beautifully displayed in her collections, "Unbearable Necessities", "Lyrics", "Footnotes", "The Passion of Desires", and "Echo", among many other books.

And, don't miss reading her personal and spiritual tributes to her beloved parent, "To My Mother" and "To My Father".
