Rob Faw

Rob Faw is a distinguished board-certified master coach, entrepreneur, Ironman, and 70-time marathoner. Currently, a doctoral candidate specializing in organizational leadership, Rob brings his readers a wealth of knowledge and experience. With a remarkable career leading private and public technology companies across more than 50 countries, Rob has demonstrated exceptional leadership and business acumen.

Rob's teams have forged hundreds of alliances and partnerships with multinational corporations throughout his career. His strategic guidance has enabled these teams to secure hundreds of millions in investment capital from venture capitalists, private equity, and public markets. Under his leadership, several companies have achieved multiple years of triple-digit revenue growth, culminating in successful public market and trade sale exits.

Rob's extensive experience and deep insights into high-performance leadership and world-class organizations are unparalleled. Early in his career, he was selected for a prestigious leadership development program with a Fortune 50 company. Following this, he spearheaded global business development for software technology that revolutionized multimedia communications for service providers worldwide. Rob has consistently driven innovation and growth as a former chief executive of multiple technology companies, including a publicly traded digital networking leader.

Today, Rob dedicates his expertise to empowering businesses, executives, and leaders through dynamic coaching for generational impact. He also contributes to non-profit organizations, teaching entrepreneurial leadership and supporting faith-based domestic and international missions.

Rob holds a graduate degree in global leadership from the University of San Diego and a business degree from the University of South Florida. He is pursuing his doctorate in organizational leadership at Liberty University.

Rob is the author of several influential books. His first book, World's Best Value: Global Competition in the Information Age, delves into organizational excellence, leadership, and the boundless potential of the human spirit and The Adam Connection: One Family Under God explores history, science, and genealogy, tracing connections over 6,000 years and 144 generations.

As a certified master Christian life coach and a member of the International Christian Coaching Association, Rob continues to inspire and guide individuals toward their highest potential. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, he has lived and worked in Toronto, London, Chicago, and Silicon Valley. Rob currently resides with his wife in Safety Harbor, Florida.
