Tim Malven

Tim Malven teaches school and lives in Iowa. He and his wife, Paige, have four

children, Mitchell, Miah, Maci, and Matthew. He graduated from West Central High

School in Maynard, Iowa; and from the University of Northern Iowa with a double major

in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Although Malven’s time has been

mostly spent in his teaching career, he also experienced working in other jobs that

suited his other interests such as cars, basketball, football, and farming. He’s also into

writing; and published a book entitled, The Christmas That Almost Wasn’t (2015).
