William Armitage

"To my developmental editor (William Armitage) who always knows what the story is even before I know it myself. You are indeed my Max Perkins—Editor of Genius."

—Traci Medford-Rosow, Author of National Bestseller, Unblinded

William Armitage was an award-winning advertising copywriter before turning to the book marketing, editing, and publishing world. He is a Certified Methodist Lay Speaker. 'I’m not sure about God' was his first book. Look for the follow up, 'Hymns I Want at My Funeral' coming Christmas 2018.

He is also the author of 'CB the Croissant Bird'—the (mostly) true story about the real-life friendship between a couple named the Potters and a catbird who turned up in their garden every morning waiting for a croissant crumb. Look for the follow up, 'CB and the Cat Who Came to Stay' coming Christmas 2018.

William was the development editor of National Bestseller, 'Unblinded' by Traci Medford-Rosow and Kevin Coughlin, the true story of New Yorker Kevin Coughlin, who went blind at thirty-six due to a rare genetic disorder known as Leber's Hereditary Optic Neuropathy. Twenty years later, without medical intervention, Kevin's sight miraculously started to return.

William is currently developing 'One Day Wiser'—a series of four handbooks and apps that together contain 365 sobriety related slogans, one for each day of the year: http://www.onedaywiser.com
