Sandra R. Blythe

Sandra Blythe was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 3. She began writing poetry for herself and many of her friends, for special occasions, gifts and the frequent emotional and therapeutic outlet. But poetry was just one transom into the countless adventures, relationships, challenges and dreams she would convey through her writings. In 2014, Sandra Blythe published her first poetry of life lessons entitled "Poetry in Different Colors."

For the past year, Sandra has begun to travel to various venues and present workshops using the theme "The Silence is Too Loud." Her workshop is a compilation of several poems taken from her book in which she has built a strong presentation to speak about becoming a healthier version of yourself. Sandra's driving force is to pull people into seeing the world from a vantage point that allows them to grow. Her mantra is "be courageous enough to be present in the truth."
