Forrest Roth's fiction has appeared in NOON, Denver Quarterly, Juked, Columbia Journal, The Rupture, Trnsfr, and other journals. He is the author of a novella, Line and Pause (BlazeVOX Books), a prose poem chapbook, The Sullen Pages (Little Red Leaves), and a novel, Gary Oldman Is a Building You Must Walk Through (What Books Press), which was named a semi-finalist for the Noemi Press 2015 Book Contest in Fiction. His debut collection, Skeletal Lights from Afar, is also forthcoming from What Books Press in October 2022. He received his Creative Writing Ph.D. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and is a Visiting Assistant Professor of English at Marshall University in West Virginia.
