She was a middle school teacher for nine years - yes, really. Naturally, she writes fantasies in far-off worlds. Usually romantic. Mostly epic. Always magical. She prefers determined heroines who answer the call for wild adventures across crazy worlds. And she especially likes young women who face hardships and consequences with grit and smarts.
