Sian O'Neill

Sian believes in the transformational power of yoga, whether your aim is to stretch and destress at the end of a busy day or to reinvigorate and balance body and mind.

Attending regular classes at the North London Buddhist Centre and elsewhere, she has been practising yoga for around 20 years. She completed the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) accredited teacher training Diploma at Yogacampus, one of the UK’s most established teacher training centres. Prior to that, she completed the BWY Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy module with Tarik Dervish, the Scaravelli Immersion course with Catherine Annis and the Qigong for Yoga Teachers Immersion with Mimi Kuo-Deemer.

She attends regular workshops and has been lucky enough to learn from eminent practitioners including the wise and experienced tutors at Yogacampus and from regular intensives/workshops.She has been a Contact Teacher for the Yogacampus Teacher Training.

Sian teaches a creative, mindful hatha flow class with a focus on alignment in postures and movement, safety and breath awareness, aiming to help students on their own path of yoga.

Outside of yoga, Sian is an MD for an independent publisher.
