I love traveling and I've been working in the Tourism Industry since 2008 as tour operator representative, concierge and tour leader. I've worked abroad and in Italy. I know English and Spanish very well, I'm customer & detail oriented, I can work under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills... being a tour operator representative helped a lot!

I have a daughter and I like traveling with her. I also love reading and writing. I have published 4 books, the last one talks ironically about tourism and tourists.
