Michael Stevenson is an author, speaker, trainer, and coach whose work has touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.

In 1998, Michael was a disgruntled computer programmer who smoked three packs of cigarettes per day. His cigarette addiction was so bad that he would often wake up in the middle of the night to have a cigarette, just to go back to sleep, and would often be having "nicotine fits" just 15 - 20 minutes after his previous cigarette.

That all changed when, in August of 1998, Michael attended the country fair with his friends and purchased a tape that changed his life forever: a "quit smoking" subconscious influence tape.

One September 6th, 1998, Michael woke up a non-smoker after falling asleep to that tape the previous night. This set off a chain reaction of events and a fascination and infatuation with studying the power of the subconscious mind. Michael took his first hypnotherapy certification course in 2000, and followed up with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) a year later, and never looked back.
