Anita Gibson

Anita Gibson is a speaker, Life Coach and Educational Strategist. Since 2002, she has served her community by introducing youth, women and families to a purpose-filled journey by helping them discover their strengths and how to use them to achieve success. She teaches that each person’s strengths are indicators of their future possibilities.

Many of her clients say the safe and productive environment, created through Anita's coaching, has helped them achieve goals and accomplishments far exceeding anything they ever thought possible.

Anita has also served as a speaker for various youth events, women’s ministry programs and parent organizations. She is known for her authenticity and transparency. Her desire is to show each person how to find their STAR qualities (STAR stands for strengths, talents, abilities and resources.)

She is the CEO of Creative Strategy Consulting. Creative Strategy Consulting develops academic programs for churches and educational organizations. She is also the president of Project Excel Academy (PXL), an academic learning center for youth in Bowie, Maryland. Students enrolled in PXL have experienced major improvements in their academics and study skill discipline. Her motto is Help and Hope are Here!

Anita Gibson resides in Maryland with her amazing husband, Glen. They are the parents of three adult children, Lauren, who is a foreign service officer, Dannielle, a middle school science teacher and Richard, a computer programming instructor and professional photographer.
