Phyllis G. Harman

Phyllis G. Hartman, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an HR professional with more than 25 years of experience in helping organizations, managers, and employees to be successful by tapping into their "People Power." She enjoys learning from her HR peers and sharing what she has learned from working with hundreds of companies through her HR consulting business. Her background in education coupled with work experience in not-for-profit and manufacturing and early jobs as a news and construction reporter, dental assistant and teacher helped her apply an MS in HR to grow her HR career. A frequent speaker, career coach and trainer, Phyllis has shared her love of everything HR with many.
