I love writing books for children and I also run a storytelling business called Little Lamb Tales. I have published 20 books for children to date and I love the imagination and creativity involved in writing for this age group. Many of my stories feature my storytelling mascot Lamby who even has his own Facebook page. Through my writing group, my writing started to branch out and November 2019 I launched my collection of short stories for the adult market. In May 2022 I released my first full length novel Kintsugi. The reviews and feedback from readers have been excellent. I am currently working on a Lamby Christmas Collection which my readers have been requesting for some years! I am proud to be part of the team at TAUK Publishing who provide Indie Authors with assisted publishing services. I am also a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors which is an international organisation and I am the current Disney Winnie the Pooh Laureate for the North West of England. As a Patron of Reading my mission is to encourage and promote reading for pleasure. I am also part of the core panel for the Liverpool Literacy Cycle which aims to improve literacy skills across the city as well as foster a love for books, words and stories. When I'm not doing all of the above I run a membership club for writers called Pick Up Your Pen which is a supportive group for people who need to find time for their writing. For 18 years I was a teacher who loved writing and now I'm an author who loves storytelling... how does it get any better than that?
