Kaushik Mitra

Kaushik Mitra is Vice President & CFO at PepsiCo India & South Asia, leading financials for the Foods, Beverages, and Nutrition business. With over 30 years of experience across RPG, Tata, GE, Reckitt Benckiser, and PepsiCo, he has held global leadership roles in India, Dubai, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. At PepsiCo, he has driven strategy across Asia-Middle East-Africa and served as CFO for Vietnam and Asia Pacific. A vocal advocate for diversity, Kaushik has championed inclusion in Southeast Asia and India, and speaks at forums like Break Ceiling Touch the Sky. He contributes to IMA CFO Connect and Economist events, and lectures at universities on corporate leadership. A published author with Penguin, he has written two fiction novels and a business self-help book titled The Career Edge. An alumnus of St. Xavier’s Kolkata, IIM Kolkata, and ICAI, Kaushik is also a musician and lives in Gurugram with his wife Reetika and son Arjun.
