Michelle K Thooft

Michelle Thooft is a writer, teacher, and mother whose work explores faith, identity, and the long unfolding of a life. She is the author of A River Runs Through Us: What Remains After Life Breaks Open, a memoir of story, loss, and redemption.

She has also written The Gift of Sam and You Smile When You Show Me Grace.

Michelle lives in Minnesota with her husband, Phil, where she is almost always near a river.
