Daniel Aguera

Daniel Agüera was born in northern Spain to a restaurant family. He received his formal culinary education in Spain, but his real education as a chef evolved during his travels in Europe, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and in the U.S., which he calls home. Daniel lives in Pittsburgh with his family and draws inspiration from what is growing at the moment in his abundant kitchen garden.
