Julie Warner

Julie M. Warner is a freelance education writer and works in federal education policy. She has published work on K-12 education, university-level teaching, and education technology and holds a doctorate in Education from Columbia University. Previously she was a high school teacher as well as university faculty and conducted original education research. She grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and lives in Washington, DC.
