Dr. Christopher W. Tremblay

Dr. Christopher W. Tremblay is Executive Director of Enrollment Management at Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. He previously worked at the Michigan College Access Network, University of Wisconsin-Superior, Western Michigan University, the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and Gannon University in various leadership roles. Tremblay earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Western Michigan University. He has a Doctor of Education in educational leadership from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Tremblay was instrumental in the proposal and establishment of a new Office of Pre-College Programming at Western Michigan University. During his time at University of Wisconsin-Superior, he had oversight of three TRIO Programs. Tremblay serves as co-editor of the Journal of College Access. He has presented at more than 75 association conferences nationally and internationally, including the pre-college workshops at the Engagement Scholarship Consortium’s annual conferences. Tremblay served on a special task force within the Pre-College Program Directors group. He is also the inventor of the admissions-based card game, Getting In, a tool that can be used in pre-college programs. He is also a Walt Disney scholar, teaches a college course based on the life of Walt Disney, and has published several books on the life of Walt Disney.
