Nahel Asfour

Dr Nahel Asfour has lectured on Private Law and Culture, Property and Restitution Law Theory at the University of Vienna, and currently lectures on Remedies Law at Tel-Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel. Dr. Asfour is also a research fellow at Zefat Academic College and a legal practitioner in Nazareth, Israel. Dr. Asfour has written academic and professional papers as well as encyclopaedia entries. He earned his academic degrees at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv University and the University of Vienna where he received his doctorate in law with the highest honour. Most of his researches were conducted at the last two institutions. His recent research was done at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany.
