VJ Dunn

VJ Dunn is the author of more than forty books across Christian apocalyptic fiction, inspirational fiction, fantasy, romance, and mystery. No matter the genre, her stories tend to have a few things in common: imperfect people, difficult circumstances, faith that gets tested, and characters who don't always behave the way they're supposed to.

She has a particular fondness for stories that venture a little beyond the expected boundaries of Christian fiction. Her characters struggle, make mistakes, occasionally say the wrong thing, and sometimes find themselves in situations they never imagined. Through it all runs a belief in redemption, hope, and a God who remains present even when the world—or someone's life—appears to be falling apart.

VJ also firmly believes God has a sense of humor. There is, after all, a platypus.

Her books range from stories about the end of civilization and the biblical Tribulation to contemporary romance, supernatural battles between good and evil, and ordinary people discovering that God may have very different plans for their lives than they expected.
