Clint Geller

Clint Geller is a research physicist, recently retired after 41 years from a management rank technical position at a US government laboratory, and now employed by a state-of-the-art materials modeling contract research and scientific software vendor, Materials Design Inc. He lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife of nearly 35 years. Dr. Geller has received awards and recognition for his non-fiction writing, but the three parts of Gennebar Rising are his first fiction works. New fantasy writing projects are in planning.

Gennebar Rising reflects Dr. Geller's lifelong love of science and his inexhaustible wonder at the natural world, his love of history, his Jewish ethnic roots, and his zeal for interrogating blind faith and revealed “truth” under the hot light of reason and evidence.

In 2019, Dr. Geller published his second non-fiction work through the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors (NAWCC). "The Appreciation & Authentication of Civil War Timepieces" is half antiquarian horology and half American Civil War history. This book examines how the technological revolution in watchmaking in the decade preceding the American Civil War and the war itself interacted with one another. In this book, Dr. Geller provides detailed guidance for collectors and historians interested in Civil War timepieces for their identification and authentication.
