Neil Mullarkey co-founded London's Comedy Store Players, Europe's top improvisation ensemble with Mike Myers in the eighties and still performs with them. He has acted on Whose Line Is It Anyway, lots of BBC radio shows, two Austin Powers, and The Pentaverate on Netflix. His award-winning alter ego, L. Vaughan Spencer, has also written a book called, 'Don't Be Needy, Be Succeedy'.
Nowadays his expertise is in demand across the world. He shares improv and many other theatre skills to enhance communication, leadership, personal impact, creativity and collaboration. He has travelled to 24 countries in person and many more 'virtually' with clients including Google, Vodafone, EY, Deloitte, Accenture, Amazon Web Services and Unilever.
He is a regular speaker at the London Business Forum and a visiting lecturer at London Business School.
