Kevin has a passion for growing leaders and helping organisations be their best. His work results in shifting high performing individuals, leaders and their organisational cultures to responsibility, accountability and capability.

Kevin formed Craig Consultants and Marketing in 2008. He has partnered with thousands of leaders and teams from both international & national organisations. His passion lies in working with influential leaders who are hungry to learn and grow. Craig Consultants was awarded “Best Executive Coaching Company—Middle East” by GCC Excellence Awards 2017 and "Best Executive Consulting Company - Middle East" by Global SME Awards. Kevin himself was named and awarded the “Best 100 Global Coaching Leaders” Award by World Coaching & HRD Congress & CHRO Asia in 2017, a testament to his competence.

Kevin’s fierce courage and engaging personality enable his clients to go to the next level as he challenges them with tough love, all in service of them being at their best.

Kevin has always enjoyed starting and running businesses, expanding his skills and experiences. His most recent venture, GRIP Arabia is testament to his passion about growing and connecting

people to both head and heart, to live truly fulfilled lives.

Kevin is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and senior global Faculty Leader for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), with over 10,000 hours facilitation and coaching. He is an active member of EO (Entrepreneurs Organisation) Bahrain Chapter and certified forum facilitator for both EO & YPO (Young Presidents Organisation).

Kevin is a passionate outdoors man, in the summer he enjoys scuba diving and in the winter you will often find him in the desert camping, where he relishes this time to ground himself and recharge.
