Allison Conte

Allison Conte is an executive coach, organizational consultant, author and speaker – and also a mystic, intuitive, oracle, and spiritual guide.

She is the founder of Sophia Leadership, which aims to bring the Feminine principle into balance with the Masculine principle in organizational leadership and culture. The Sophia Leadership program helps women to lead with more of their innate Feminine essence, so they can generate true, sustainable success for themselves and their organizations.

Although she considers her spiritual path to be mystical and universal (honoring all wisdom traditions), Allison is deeply devoted to the Sacred Feminine and was ordained as a priestess in the Sophia Lineage in 2013. Since 2000, she has trained with master shamans, spiritual teachers, and energy healers.

She lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband, a Christian pastor who captured her heart by welcoming the return of the Divine Feminine in his own tradition.
