Joan Hughes

Joan Hughes grew up in Montreal, Quebec. After studying in France, following university, Joan returned to Canada to create an eclectic career both in Montreal and in Ottawa working as a consultant in the public and private sectors. She then followed her dream to be a painter and spent nine years as a professional artist, enjoying many adventurous travels abroad during those years. Joan then turned to offering her services to people looking to improve their lives on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Currently, Joan is a business coach, helping coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs to remove hidden blocks to building sustainable and profitable businesses and creating a life that they can love. Joan's favorite subject to explore in her writing is the underlying reason that so many people end up settling for less and not fulfilling their potential in their lifetimes.
