Michael R. Wagenman

Michael R. Wagenman is Director of PhD Studies and Senior Research Fellow at the Kirby Laing Centre for Public Theology, a research centre which is part of the Theological Federation at Cambridge University (UK). He supervises PhD students in the areas of the theology of Abraham Kuyper/neoCalvinism, power in society/culture, and biblical and cultural interpretation. He earned his PhD at the University of Bristol (UK) on the theology and philosophy of power within 19th and 20th century Reformed and Roman Catholic ecclesiology. He lives in Ottawa where he also has a private practice in pastoral counselling and spiritual direction.
