Over the years, God has led me on an amazing journey of emotional and physical suffering to a place of mental and physical restoration. I don't have all of the answers, but I'm happy to share with you that my healing has been nothing short of miraculous. Educating others about the role of a healthy relationship with the Creator, great food and beneficial therapies is my passion.

I'm also an Air Force Wife and Homeschooling Mama who loves to share our family's ideas and adventures with others.
