Asked to describe her life, Julia Robinson replied, 'Deep, fun, loving, overwhelming, beautiful, painful, joyful...' She gazes into a space further than 'here', a smile on her lips, and continues, 'Every day I sink, if even for a little while, into loving peace, it is my home.'
No wonder she is able to find home wherever she is - Julia has spent her life out of the box, hitchhiking around the world, floating down the Amazon in a self-made raft, selling roasted chickens in Argentina, working in an orphanage in Nepal, studying Jungian Psychoanalysis in Catalonia, going to art school in Greece, writing and dancing in Colorado. Most recently she returned from Latvia where she has been thriving, doing stand up comedy, being a 'Female Talent' in voice-over work, teaching in a Montessori primary school and consulting as a 'Creative' in business branding.
She presently lives in her native England, works as a psychotherapist, facilitates ‘The Therapy of Writing’ workshops privately and with Stradins Universitate in Latvia, holds forest therapy courses in England and Ibiza...and of course, writes.
From the outer to the inner journey, Julia is developing relationship with the formless.
