Sonia Grimes

Sonia Grimes is a former alcoholic and drug addict who believed she was destined to die a failure as a person and a mother. She battled her addictions for almost 28 years, until one day, she suddenly and instantly became free.

Sonia wrote her first book, This Isn't Me, about her journey through addiction to peace, as an attempt to explain the unexplainable to her son Christopher.

It is both her apology and a letter lo love to him. One that tells him, in the clearest possible terms that he always was, and always will be, her Number One.

Sonia has received international acclaim for her work, and is currently working on a self-help book to support her expert LIFE Recovery Coaching. She now uses her LIFE experiences, and training's as a Master Coach, Master of NLP, TimeLine Therapy & Hypnosis, in her ground breaking LIFE Recovery Coaching process, taking her clients from Pain to Peace through her different programs, the corner stone being her unique 6 week Rapid Alcohol Recovery Method process, which has helped 1000's find peace and freedom from their painful battles with alcohol, effortlessly.
