Ken Flamer

Ken Flamer lives in Southern California with his wife, Alysia, and daughter, Abigail. Ken can be found most personal days, with his family, on the hiking trails of the Santa Monica Mountains, or on the beaches of Malibu or Ventura.

Ken spends his professional days coaching and mentoring managers on a wide range of human resources issues including: employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and more.

Ken is available for speaking engagements and consultation. All groups, big and small, and all formats, including in-person workshops, and virtual classrooms.
