Miles Coleman

I was born in Hopkinsville, Ky. in 1963 to Walter and Laura Coleman. I moved to Atlanta in 1985 eager for a fresh start in the "The City Too Busy to Hate". After years moving from one lousy job to another, I finally settled down and started delivering pizza for Papa Johns. On May, 16, 1997, I was shot in the back during one of my deliveries. The gunshot left me paralyzed. I started writing out of sheer boredom, and depression. At first writing was hard, but I kept at it and before I knew it, I had written a whole book. I wanted to write something a little different than what was on the book shelves, hence my story about a murder mystery, where the protagonist is a transsexual prostitute.
