Heatherly Walker

Heatherly lives in Northern California with her husband and their 6 children.

While she picked up her first crochet hook at the age of 3, she didn't learn to knit until 2003.

You can see some of her historical knitting work in Piecework magazine and Piecework's special publication Knitting Traditions. Knitty.com also contains several of Heatherly's designs.

Heatherly's father is glad all those years of taking her to Atari BBS conventions have finally paid off with a knitting book for all the geeks and nerds out there.
