Deacon George

Father Stephen Gemme and Deacon George O'Connor are co-authors of the Nicholas Gilroy books. Our Lady and the Guardian is the first book in the series and Viva Christo Rey is the second book in the series. Both authors have taught in Catholic schools. Father Stephen taught history and social studies to students in high school. He is the chaplain at a Catholic hospital. Deacon George taught math, science and religion to students in middle school. He is a parish deacon. Because people are using the books to help them teach their CCD classes, you can get free study guides if you contact them.
