Pauline Longdon is a Bestselling Author, Retired Australian Army Major, and an in-demand Copywriter and Marketing Strategist.

Being diagnosed with Major Depression in 2004 was a defining moment in Pauline's life. It gave her a new direction and the motivation she (didn't know) she needed to stop playing small in life and start being the change she wanted to see in the world.

Pauline loves the life she now leads. She gets to travel the world to increase her skills and for leisure, as well as spend quality time with her family and friends... all the important stuff really!

When she's not writing for her copywriting clients, Pauline enjoys making stunning jewellery, reading, photography and feeding her ferocious curiosity for life.
