K A Long

KA Long is an author, illustrator and teacher. He lives and works in Northern Virginia. He has a Masters in Special Education and has been teaching 2nd grade for over 15 years. During his own elementary years he was constantly frustrated and confused by the concepts his teachers tried to teach him. He now creates characters and stories to convey concepts to his students in class. When he is not writing stories or teaching he likes to read, travel and bake.
