David Rivington

I am a Canadian civil engineer and a Bible School graduate who has served Christ as a missionary for over 30 years in Thailand, first with OMF from 1981-1985, and then as a "tent maker" since then. I have worked as Project Manager on many large construction projects in Thailand while serving alongside the Evangelical Church in Thailand in various provinces doing evangelism, making disciples, and planting churches. My first book, "The Christian Disciple Handbook", was published in both English and Thai in 2016 by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Thailand. I have taken the quote by the great missionary Jim Elliot as my motto: "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose. The book, "Christ's Teaching of Judgment to Christians", is an exposition of Matthew Chapter 7, and contains vital messages for all modern 21st century Christians in all denominations worldwide. I continue to serve the Lord Jesus Christ as a "tent maker" in Thailand. May you be greatly blessed, admonished, encouraged, and edified through the reading of this book.
