Ali Abubakar Sadiq

Ali Abubakar Sadiq was born in 1971 in the ancient city of Kano, Nigeria. He served as a program host with Freedom Radio Kano between 2004-2006 and also as a columnist with Leadership Newspaper and as staff writer Al-Nabad Online Magazine based in Lebanon.

In 2008 he won the prestigious Cambridge University Award for journalist writing at the intersection of science and religion. In 2015 he received a Merit Award from Sigmund Freud University in Vienna Austria. His paper, “The Bible, Quran and Darwinism” was published by Scientific God Journal in New York in 2017. His two books "Science and Scriptures: Friends or Foes?" and "Stoning" are currently available on Kindle and Amazon. He is married with children.
