An advocate of today’s dental assistant, Kevin Henry speaks to dental audiences across the nation on topics that empower dental assistants, helping them recognize the leadership role they hold in the practice.

He is the co-founder of IgniteDA.net, a community designed to empower, enlighten and educate dental assistants.

With 16 years in the dental publishing industry, Kevin is the former managing editor for Dental Economics. He is also the former group editorial director for Dental Products Report. He is the founding voice and former editor of Dental Assisting Digest and Modern Dental Assistant.

In Kevin’s former life, he was a public relations director for NAIA, a national small college sports organization. He is currently a beat writer for the Colorado Rockies and a former beat writer for the Denver Nuggets. Living in Colorado, Kevin loves to be outdoors whether it be hiking, skiing or white water rafting.
