Dee Lehrer

Dee Lehrer is the pen name of Dan Lair (1945-?) and was born in Minnesota to English/Irish/Swedish/German parents who trace back to 18th century immigrants, settlers, and farmers. His education was varied with degrees in History, Business, and Education. His professions were likewise eclectic with a culmination of teaching at the secondary and community college levels. After he retired, he taught sailing on the Texas coast for six years, being credentialed and having sailed all his life. While writing short stories and novellas, he continues to sail the Caribbean and especially the British Virgin Islands.
