Rebecca Jones

Rebecca Jones (1976) I set out writing at a young age. I started with poetry but decided to try my hand at stories. I believe the first story I did good on was in grade school, the teachers passed my story around to each other before encouraging me to continue in that direction.

I was born and raised in Deming, New Mexico a very hot and dry place with sandstorms that would shut the freeways down. It seemed to have only three climates: Hot, Dry, Windy.

My family and I moved to Provo, Utah where there was green grass, trees, rivers, lakes, etc. I love it here but feel we may eventually move to California.

I confess to being more of an amateur writer. I love to read. I get motivation by typing while having the television on in the background. Many of the ideas for my books have come from dreams and I ran with it adding to the dreams. I have blogged other dreams I have had but not too sure they need to be read.

I love to garden, crochet, my grand baby, and my family. I also work on a family tree project, so I write when I can.

There are days I do not feel well, because of diabetes. Days I hurt and desperately want to escape the pain to which I also indulge in writing. I hope this book will be considered worth the read for I had more than one person encourage me to publish it. Thank You.
