MITHUN DEVADAS

The author of the book"Read to sell" is Mr. MITHUN DEVADAS who has been a sales enthusiast for many years and currently giving consulting in African and Middle East countries for different clienteles. He started of his career as a runner in a restaurant whose primary job was to clean tables as well as invite prospects standing outside the restaurant in South Africa’s beautiful province Durban. He knew the importance of his job role, he used to attract the prospect by speaking loud “Fresh chips, fresh sea food ”.He was a skinny Indian who had gone for his higher secondary education in South Africa and had learnt that advertising the restaurant in a funny voice did make a great impact. That was the beginning of his career and later brought fancy imitation ornaments and cosmetics realizing the potential of the South African market. He was doing door to door sales and started experiencing sales in the real world at the age of 16.

He later started working in different sales and marketing domains in Middle East as well in India. His greatest ambition was to become the greatest sales person ever and he was working as a free lance trainer selling his knowledge and experience to companies. Later on he was hired by a well known Suzuki car dealership in India, as a sales trainer.



He is a post graduate in masters of business administration with dual specialization in marketing and human resource. This is his first book through which he wants to share his experience and knowledge. He wanted to write a book for all sales people around the world, which was simple but really powerful.
