Shimon Garber

Simon Garber is the author of two trilogies Immigrants; The Journey of Adam; Land of the Covenant published in English and Russian. Both trilogies feature the protagonist Adam Gardov, a man of incredible and challenging destiny. Currently, Garber’s book series has been translated into English, and sold in online stores, including Amazon; IngramSpaks; Apple; Barnes&Taylor Blio; Booktopia and many others.

Shimon Garber emigrated from the Soviet Union to New York at the end of the 1970s, where he gained fame and recognition as the owner and chef of the New York restaurants “The Pie.”

The New York Times, Daily News, Village Voice, New Yorker, and Zagat Survey (Journal of restaurant critics) have published articles about Shimon Garber and his business activities. S. Garber has also been interviewed and performed live on TV channels CNN and TV canal 5.

In June 2017, works of Shimon Garber exhibited at the Jerusalem International Book Fair, and in October presented at the Frankfurt International Book Fair.

Shimon Garber is also the founder and moderator of Newcomers Authors Publishing Group to help self-published, Russian new writers. *
