Matt Ewens

I am a self-published author of fiction, horror, children's books and drama.

I grew up in Wales and spent considerable time reading Roald Dahl and Enid Blyton, which really sparked my initial interest in writing.

I'm an avid fan of 'choose your own adventure' books, particularly Fighting Fantasy.

My main inspiration came from reading a series of four Ladybird science fiction books by Fred and Geoffrey Hoyle. Thi eventually led me to write my first book called 'Devonshire with a Hint of Albanian'.

I've recently updated the book and it has an additional 70 pages and the story is more intriguing and captivating as well as even more humour and diabolically funny poetry. My new book is now called English with a Hint of Latvian.
