R. Sandra McNally

R. Sandra McNally is the former editor of Wyrrd Word, a small but internationally-distributed magazine which featured supernatural events, herbalism and New Age interests. Although the Word is now out of print, she is compiling the best of the Word and hopes to publish it in the near future.

Sandra grew up in a small New England town on the Atlantic coast. Her lovely Victorian home was reputed to be haunted and provided the basis for much f the content of her Kindle e book, Wicked Good Ghosts. Perhaps this background has influenced her interest in the unexplained!

The Golden Curl had its inspiration in childhood as well. One rainy day, Sandra was exploring the attic which was the repository for many curious items left behind by the three generations that came before. She came upon a small horsehair trunk with the initials, T.M. upon it. Inside the trunk was an old piece of silk which was wrapped around a long, golden curl. Was this curl taken from T. M.? It must have been a Victorian sentiment to retain it as T.M. was a long-deceased female relative who was killed when thrown by her horse.

R. Sandra McNally divides her time between Florida and North Carolina. When she is not reading or writing, she can be found in her garden or walking with her beloved animal companion.
