Angelo Daniel

Angelo Daniel was born in Brazil. From an early age, he was fascinated by spirituality. His sense of wonder motivated him to seek the teachings of several spiritual teachers, including Amma, Abraham Hicks, Dawa Tarchin Phillips, Eckart Tolle, and Garchen Rinpoche.

Angelo moved to the United States in his 20s to attend graduate school and became a scientist. He went on to work in the corporate world for over 15 years. However, after a divorce and the death of two of his close friends, Angelo decided to give his life a different focus. He left his job and set out on a spiritual journey.

Angelo initially traveled alone through the canyons of the US Southwest and then together with his mother, through Brazil, Singapore, India, Nepal, and Hawaii. His writings about this journey resulted in a book entitled Inhale, Exhale, Repeat, which is now available on Amazon.

Inhale, Exhale, Repeat is unique. It describes not only Angelo's path into wholeness but also the transformational power of cultivating motherhood in one's life. Angelo discovered that through the rekindling of the relationship with his mother and his coming into alignment with the universal love energy.

As Angelo came to find out, the caring and loving energy of the Universe is all around us. The canyons of the US Southwest allow anyone to experience the energy of Mother Earth in its magnificent power. On the other, India embodies a culture in which the spiritual and the ordinary are deeply intertwined and in which the universal love energy manifests through walking and talking gurus. An example is Amma, the Hugging Saint. As Angelo discovered through a visit to her Ashram in India, the power of motherhood she embodies is expressed through unconditional love, which is the true remedy for all ailments.

Angelo believes that our life's real purpose is to be one with our higher self, something we can cultivate through spiritual practices and the choosing of presence leading actions as recounted in Buddha’s To Do List. In this book, Angelo uses the enlightening power of a list of actions known in Buddhism as the Ten Wholesome Actions to describe the different ways we can bring peace into our daily lives by the way we move, speak, and think.

In his latest book, Water People, Angelo recounts the story of a group of souls that incarnate on Earth to tackle the issue of climate change. Water People aims to inspire you to manifest the change you want to see in the world from a place of love and compassion for the environment, others, and, more importantly, yourself.
