She loves helping others grow and develop through her executive coaching, strategic planning, writing, researching, and training. She's co-author of a new book, Pivoting: A Coach's Guide to Igniting Substantial Change (2017) and of Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change (2007). She loves to travel and bring her experience and expertise to coaches, consultants, managers, HR professionals and students around the world. She's a strong proponent of doing what she can to help people leverage their capacity for change and she's a champion of the new science of human change. She has a daughter making her way in NYC and husband who's been a longtime fellow traveler.
