Greg Picard

Greg Picard and Wendy Picard Gorham are a father-daughter writing team who have been writing together, and occasionally individually, since 2007. They are passionate about writing what they know, and to that end their Becker Series Mystery novels are set in the various parks where Greg has spent his career, and Wendy her childhood, throughout the great environmental landscape variety of California.

Wendy Picard Gorham finished her Masters Degree in American Literature and has had a fascination with books and writing all her life. She lives out her love of words daily by teaching high school literature and creative writing. Having grown up in parks, she knows that subject well. She lives in California with her two daughters.

Greg Picard finished his Bachelors Degree in English, specializing in creative writing. After getting his Masters in education and counseling, he worked as a high school and college teacher, counselor, park ranger, editor, firefighter/medic, musician, railroad brakeman and historian as well. He has written travel articles, humor books, mysteries, and a book of short essays and cartoons. He makes his home in the Rocky Mountains.
