About Me
I am a dedicated physiotherapy researcher and clinician specialising in orthopaedic manual therapy and knee arthritis management. With a PhD in knee arthritis and extensive expertise in biomechanical pathologies, my work integrates clinical practice with research-driven solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
My research focuses on spinal, upper limb, lower limb, and pelvic biomechanics, particularly diagnosing dysfunctions using the three-planar spring test, a novel method I developed. I specialise in multimodal conservative interventions to optimise recovery and improve musculoskeletal health. Passionate about advancing evidence-based physiotherapy, I am committed to developing innovative diagnostic and treatment methodologies.
Research Contributions
Published Research: Varus Knee Dysfunction Contributing to Early Medial Knee Arthritis: Novel Pathomechanics, Diagnosis, and Multi-Modal Conservative Interventions – This study introduces groundbreaking diagnostic methods and treatment strategies for early-stage medial knee arthritis associated with varus knee dysfunctions.
Book: Pathomechanics of Lower Limb Dysfunctions: Prevention and Manual Therapy – A comprehensive resource on lower limb (Hip, Knee and Foot and Ankle) biomechanical dysfunctions and manual therapy approaches.
Peer-Reviewed Publications: Research articles published in leading journals, offering insights into medial knee arthritis and how it stems out of varus knee dysfunction and diagnostic innovations.
